Its blend of direct and oxidative dyes delivers customizable, translucent color with zero lift and no ammonia. The formula restores shine instantly, provides intense condition and offers long-lasting results for up to 28 shampoos. It can visibly reverse the appearance of split ends, dryness, frizz and dullness in one use, based on instrumental testing and a consumer study. Use Crystal Clear to add shine or dilute intensity.

Mix equal parts Shades EQ Gloss and Shades EQ Processing Solution or Processing Solution for Precision Application. Use only a dedicated Shades EQ developer. Apply with a bowl and brush or applicator bottle. Process for the full 20 minutes at room temperature. For a lighter result, use Crystal Clear or a level 09 or 010 shade rather than reducing processing time.
